This weeks foundational exercise, we bring you the cross-connect.  Just like the breathing by position video, we will take you through several positions with this exercise.

The Cross-connect builds off the silent breathing.  After you’ve established a silent breath, we want to start getting both sides of the body communicating with each other.  The second leading cause of injury is asymmetry, so making sure both right side and left side are working in unison is a vital part in our training.

We’ve had amazing results by dialing in the breath and then adding in this cross-connect.  We will take you through several positions.  We’ll take you from the floor and work our way up to standing.  This video will cover the cross-connect and how we use it in our training:
