Eating and training fosters a lifelong healthy relationship with your body and food. You’re going to feed yourself and move around anyway, why not do it with some intent?

We’re hiking and we want you to come along! We’ll be at Castlewood State Park on March 31st at 8am. Meet us at the third parking lot on the right (the first big lot) and we’ll head out! Wear good shoes, bring water, and have a great time.
