November and January Consistency Challenges
Our November Consistency Challenge was a huge success!!
We had a lot of people putting putting in a fantastic effort, and we saw some amazing results, because of it. We had over 80 people get in 16 workouts in the month of November! We entered those people into a drawing, and the winner got to take home a $300 Gift Card to REI or Whole Foods Market.
The lucky winner is Patrick Feagan!
Not only did Patrick win a great prize, but he also lost weight, got stronger, and got a head start on his fitness goals for 2019!

The November challenge was such as success we want to continue the momentum in January with a New Years Consistency Challenge!
When: January 1st – 31st

How to win: Workout 4 times per week during the month of January to be entered into the drawing
What you get: Unlimited Group Training for 31 days, a movement assessment, and nutrition manual.
