Serving Size: 1” x 2” rectangle


1 cup room temperature or slightly warmed nut butter

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

2 tsp cinnamon

2 cups mixed raw nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds)

½ cup unsweetened, shredded coconut



  1. Combine nut butter protein powder and cinnamon and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Add nuts and coconut and put into baking pan.
  3. Cover and refrigerate.
