Here is another great recipe, compliments of Gourmet Nutrition by John Berardi, Michael Williams, and Kristina Andrew. Enjoy this delicious entrée as well as the heart healthy benefits that come from the omega-3s in the salmon!

Servings: 1-2

6oz Salmon fillet
2 Tbsp Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Dill
1 Tbsp Honey
Pinch of Chili powder, salt, and pepper

• Preheat a non-stick pan that has been sprayed with a cooking spray on medium heat.
• Meanwhile mix together all of the ingredients EXCEPT the salmon.
• Place the fillet in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is light brown.
• Flip the salmon and coat the top with the yogurt mixture. Cook another 3-4 minutes, or until it is light brown.
• Serve immediately.
