Welcome to spring!

Let’s talk about how you can get out there and not get hurt. First and foremost, come in and put in some time at the gym. Ask some questions about how you can best prep for your outdoor activities, because we are all huge fans of sports and activities beyond our doors and we’re here to help.

Additionally, remember the basics.

  1. Get a Functional Movement Screen

  2. Stretch
  3. Warm up
  4. Scout your location for hazards
  5. Take it easy and don’t try to go too hard your first time out
