Let’s talk about how you can get out there and not get hurt. First and foremost, come in and put in some time at the gym. Ask some questions about how you can best prep for your outdoor activities, because we are all huge fans of sports and activities beyond our doors and we’re here to help.
Additionally, remember the basics.

- Warm up
- Scout your location for hazards
- Take it easy and don’t try to go too hard your first time out

We’re hiking and we want you to come along! We’ll be at Castlewood State Park on March 31st at 8am. Meet us at the third parking lot on the right (the first big lot) and we’ll head out! Wear good shoes, bring water, and have a great time.
